Hard Hat Ear Muffs

Earmuffs are objects designed to cover a person's ears for hearing protection or for warmth. They consist of a thermoplastic or metal head-band, that fits over the top or back of the head, and a cushion or cup at each end, to cover the external ears.

How do you attach ear muffs to a hard hat?

Place the earcups over each ear. Attach adaptors to each side of the hard hat by sliding them into the slots. Attach each earmuff into its adaptor by sliding the earmuff housing down into the adaptor. Place the hard hat on the head and adjust the earmuffs by sliding the cups up and down.
